Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
   The Hypershell User Research Survey (the “Survey”) is conducted by [Hypershell legal entity] (“Hypershell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to better understand user needs, product experiences, and future opportunities.
   The Survey is expected to take approximately 10–15 minutes and includes around 30 questions. No purchase is necessary to participate or to be considered for the incentive.
2. EligibilityTo participate, you must:
   • Be at least 18 years old;
   • Provide accurate and complete information;
   • Be legally permitted to receive a PayPal payment in your country or region.
   Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Hypershell, its affiliates, agencies, and partners may be excluded from participation.
   The Survey is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3. Review and IncentiveAfter you submit the Survey, Hypershell may review your responses to confirm eligibility and completion.
   Eligible participants whose completed responses are approved will receive a US$15 incentive via PayPal. The PayPal email address submitted in the Survey must be accurate and linked to an active PayPal account that can receive payments.
   Hypershell aims to complete the eligibility review and issue the US$15 PayPal incentive within 5–7 business days after your Survey submission. Timing may vary due to PayPal processing, local payment restrictions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside Hypershell’s reasonable control.
   The incentive is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash through any method other than PayPal, except where required by applicable law.
4. Disqualification
   Hypershell may withhold the incentive or disqualify a participant if we reasonably believe that the participant has:
   • Submitted incomplete, false, misleading, or duplicate information;
   • Used multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts to seek multiple incentives;
   • Attempted to manipulate, interfere with, or misuse the Survey process;
   • Failed to meet the eligibility requirements; or
   • Violated these Terms and Conditions.
   Hypershell’s decision on eligibility and incentive issuance will be final, subject to applicable law.
5. Taxes and Fees
   Participants are responsible for any tax reporting, tax obligations, currency conversion charges, or other fees that may apply in their country or region in connection with receiving the incentive.
6. Privacy and Use of Information
   Hypershell will process the personal information you provide, including your contact information, PayPal email address, and Survey responses, to administer the Survey, verify eligibility, issue the incentive, analyze aggregated research findings, and improve our products and services.
   Your information will be handled in accordance with the Hypershell Privacy Policy.
   Participation in this Survey does not require consent to marketing communications. Any optional marketing consent must be requested separately and will not affect your eligibility to participate or receive the incentive.
   Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law.
7. Communications
   By participating, you agree that Hypershell may contact you by email regarding your Survey submission, eligibility review, incentive payment, or related support. These service communications are separate from marketing communications.
8. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
   Hypershell may modify, suspend, or cancel the Survey where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any changes will not affect incentives already confirmed for eligible participants, except where required to address fraud, error, or legal obligations.
9. No Employment or Commercial Relationship
   Participation in the Survey is voluntary. It does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency, or other commercial relationship between you and Hypershell.
